Ariane Voineau

In her creations as in her performances, Ariane Voineau, a native of Brittany, explores the human experience: the body, the desire to share and communicate, and the capacity for empathy. She has worked as a dancer and creative partner with Karine Ledoyen and Harold Rhéaume, among others, in P.artition B.lanche, a work that will tour throughout Quebec. She has also worked for Cirque du Soleil and co-created Ondes virtuelles, a half-theatrical, half-virtual reality installation presented at the 2018 Mois Multi international arts festival. Actively involved in the dance community in Quebec City, she was co-artistic director of the arts organization L’Artère for six years.
