Andrew Neagoe is a clarinetist pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Performance at the University of Toronto under Miles Haskins. As an orchestral musician, he has performed as a fellow at NOI, NYO Canada, and as a substitute musician with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. As the winner of the 2022 TSYO concerto competition, he made his TSO solo debut in February of 2023, playing Weber’s Clarinet Concerto No. 2. He has played in masterclasses for Yehuda Gilad, Michael Wayne, and Ricardo Morales, among others. When away from the clarinet, Andrew can be found wandering forests, searching for birds.
