Allison Carrier

Allison Carrier (M.A., B. Ed., B. Kin) is a talented Dancer, Choreographer, and Educator with the Ottawa Carleton District School Board. She has spent a large part of her career spreading her passion, working on various community projects, and fostering a love for movement in today’s youth. Allison’s goal is to expose her students to the broader dance community and to promote opportunities for collaboration, whether it be with local choreographers, international schools of dance virtually, or through her partnerships with the OAG, NAC and the School of Dance.

Allison’s talents know no bounds. She’s developed and led workshops for students and teachers alike from beginner to advanced, for elementary to post-secondary students with a focus on the Ontario Dance Curriculum. Furthermore, she’s shared her passion and valued knowledge as a presenter at education conferences around Ontario with a particular focus on Dance and Experiential Education.
