Parking

Arrive early! Our 833-space indoor parking garage often fills to capacity as early as 19:00, especially when all three NAC halls are sold on the same night. Should the garage be full, other parking lots just a short distance from the NAC are listed below for your convenience.

Entrances: The underground parking entrances are located on Elgin (at corner of Slater) and on Albert Street.

Don't forget to take note of your parking section. A plan of the garage is available at the parking office, the advance sales desk in the Foyer, and at the garage exits. We also feature reserved parking for the mobility impaired. Patrons needing directions can address the parking attendants.

Parking hours:

Monday to Friday: 6:00 to Midnight
Saturday: 7:30 to 1:00
Sunday: Open 2 hours before curtain until the end of the last performance.

Patron services

Performances begin on time. Latecomers will only be admitted into the hall at an appropriate moment during the performance.

Please be a good neighbour:

Out of consideration for your fellow patrons, we would like to remind you that the use of perfumes and colognes can cause allergic reactions. Less is more... none is best! If you are experiencing an allergic reaction due to your seating location, please contact the House Manager about the possibility of a relocation.

Wheelchair & disabled seating:

The NAC is fully accessible. Special tickets are available for those patrons in wheelchairs. If a customer remains in his/her wheelchair for a performance, the ticket price will be that of the least expensive ticket in the hall. If a wheelchair-bound patron wishes to transfer from the wheelchair to an actual seat, they will be sold a specific wheelchair location at the regular price. The customer must also advise House Management in advance that he/she will require special assistance from the ushers on the night of the show. House Management: (613) 947-7000, ext. 222.

All accessible seating is available through the NAC Box Office, NAC website nac-cna.ca and through Ticketmaster Call Centres, Ticket Outlets or online at ticketmaster.ca.

Hearing devices:

Since 1983, the NAC has provided a Phonic Ear Wireless FM Sound System for patrons with impaired hearing. FM (Frequency Modulation) receivers and several accessories such as a headset for use without a hearing aid, a teleloop and a Cochlea Implant Patch Cord are available, free of charge from the Communication Centre, located near the Theatre Checkroom. Patrons are required to leave a piece of identification.

Infant Policy:

"Babes in Arms" tickets are available for children under two years of age for "children" shows only! These tickets have no seat location indicated on them thereby permit a child to sit on a parent's lap. "Babes in Arms" tickets are the price of the lowest ticket sold in the hall for a particular event. If a child is using a seat, he or she will need a regular ticket. For events other than childrens' shows, ALL patrons will need a regular ticket.
