Welcome slam poet Karyl Sihomnoue into your classroom (in person or virtually)!

The objective of this workshop is to offer students an introduction to spoken word poetry all while stimulating their creativity, awakening their curiosity and having fun with words. Local slam poet Karyl Sihomnoue presents poetry in a playful way through interactive activities, allowing students to acquire fundamental skills for both written and spoken word poetry, and encouraging them to express themselves in a stylized way. The difficulty level of this workshop can be adapted according to the students' ages.

  • Developping fundamental written and spoken poetry skills
  • Fostering creativity and artistic curiosity
  • Encouraging confident and stylized self-expression
