Under the baton of NAC Orchestra Music Director Alexander Shelley, world-renowned and celebrated Joshua Bell kicks off our season with Brahms’s epic violin concerto. His performance is paired with orchestral reflections of modern and ancient philosophy, including Richard Strauss’s Also sprach Zarathustra from Stanley Kubrick’s classic film 2001: A Space Odyssey.
