Beginning in 2002, veteran solo performer, John D. Huston has recreated the performances of Charles Dickens' own one man A Christmas Carol to full houses and standing ovations in the candlelight intimacy of the N.A.C.'s 4th Stage. Huston, recently nominated by the Ottawa Capital  Critics' Circle as Best Actor 2014-2015, performs A Christmas Carol using a remarkable range of accents and body language. The beloved story appears before you woven from the interplay of Dickens' richly-crafted text, Huston's bravura performance and your own imagination. Huston is joined by the acclaimed Ottawa Trio Finest Kind performing exquisitely harmonized versions of carols sung in pubs, on street corners and in homes in Dickens' time.
