The exceptional storyteller Lucie Bisson, a magician of language and the winner of several awards who graced our stage last season to great acclaim, arrives this year with her bags full of hearsay, secrets and unspoken resentments.
She will put her flamboyant speech to work in preposterous tales rich in local dialects, stories of the people she has known and recollections of the places she has lived, the bricks and mortar that constitute her house of tales. Behind her deceptively well-behaved manner lurks a rare intensity that magically turns the spectators into characters who are part of her stories.
The evening will begin with Part 2 of Stéphane Guertin’s Vie et mort d’un char boiteux.
