This workshop will help you help your students to get moving creatively, whether it be in the classroom, outside, or online at home.
Teachers will learn a variety of new movement exercises and stretching protocols that are beneficial to enhancing range of movement and correcting posture. These unique exercises that stimulate the cross over points between the right and left brain will leave both teacher and students alert, focused, and ready to create.
Using a mixture of modalities, Siôned will share creative movement exercises to help teachers and their students make choreographies for the times.
Teachers will be left feeling refreshed with a “virtual toolbox” of exercises to choose from in their pursuit of creativity and movement in “the classroom”.
Your donations through the NAC's National Youth and Education Trust help the NAC provide learning and engagement opportunities for all — from young children in the classroom, to pre-professional artists, to the lifelong learner.
Learning and engagement at Canada’s National Arts Centre is made possible through the support of many generous individuals and organizations from across the country.
