Omer Klein's music has been called "borderless" by the New York Times and "astonishing" by Westdeutsche Zeitung.

A jazz pianist and composer, Klein grew up in Israel where he is considered "One of the most fascinating artists that have emerged from this country in the last decade" (City Mouse, Tel Aviv). Klein studied in Boston with Danilo Perez and continued his studies in New York under Fred Hersch. He has collaborated with renowned artists such as Omer Avital, John Zorn, Lee Konitz, Jeff Ballard, Joel Frahm, Israeli popular music icons like Yehudit Ravitz, Eviatar Banai and Rona Kenan, and many more.

In recent years Klein lives in Germany and tours worldwide. He has released 4 albums to great acclaim: Duet (Fresh Sound), Introducing Omer Klein and Heart Beats (Smalls Records) and Rockets on the Balcony (Tzadik) which was a Downbeat Editor's Pick. In April 2013, Klein released his 5th album, To the Unknown on the French label Plus Loin.

To the Unknown features the Omer Klein Trio with bassist Haggai Cohen Milo and drummer Ziv Ravitz, playing 9 new compositions by Klein.
