This concert promises to be fun, giving you a taste of some big-name composers; there’s Bartók’s spicy mix of Hungarian flavours, served up by the Orchestra’s captivating string section.

Out in front of that string section is Jessica Linnebach - Associate Concertmaster of the NAC Orchestra and a solo violinist of exceptional talent.

Jessica is set to dazzle the audience with her intensity and fire, performing Summer and Winter movements of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Jessica replaces Norway's exceptional trumpeter Tine Thing Helseth as headliner for this concert. She was to perform Hummel's Trumpet Concerto. Ms. Helseth has cancelled her touring for the coming months.

The host of this Casual Fridays concert? He's Canadian rockstar (and trained violinist) Sam Roberts!
