Over the past few years, Maude Audet has hit the road many times to perform her songs for Quebec audiences. Whether as a guest opening act for other artists such as Beyries or Saratoga, or as a headliner at venues and festivals such as the Francos de Montréal, Le Festif! and the Festival d'été de Québec, she has charmed people with her bittersweet songs. On stage, she portrays her intimate world quite naturally, addressing the audience as a friend. This hushed and nostalgic atmosphere can be felt in the current tour, where the albums Tu ne mourras pas and Translations will be transposed into a grandiose formula combining strings and choirs, bringing together seven musicians. This more orchestrated version brilliantly conveys the richness of the album’s arrangements.
