Come and create a theatre at home with things from around the house!

How can we create characters and parts of stories with raw materials? By working with materials, objects, and shadows, we are going to explore the properties of paper, fabric, and water to create visual landscapes. Through puppetry and movement techniques, we will explore how all the elements can come into play. We will also play with light to explore how all these elements can go together. Session 3: Water and colours

Basin, bucket, bowl full of water

Glasses or cups that are clean and clear

Food colouring to colour water

Cooking oil (ex: sunflower oil)

A straw

A wooden skewer

Flashlight (to project shadows)
