Jean Philippe Tremblay, Founder and Musical Director of the Orchestre de la Francophonie, interviews two Artistic Planning Managers: Daphne Burt from the National Arts Centre, and Joël Brouillete of the Orchestre symphonique du Québec. They will talk about various topics relating to the planning of an orchestra’s annual performance season, from how they start a season, to the choice of conductors and guest artists, to considerations of diversity.
This event is a co-presentation of Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra and l’Orchestre de la Francophonie.
