We all have to perform in some way, whether it’s during a job interview, speaking in front peers and colleagues, or even expressing honest opinions in difficult conversations. In this workshop, Lara will share what she has learned from her work with world-renowned Olympic performance psychologist, Jean-François Ménard (www.kambioperformance.com), skills which have had a significant impact not only in her career as a musician, but also in her life and pedagogy. Lara will discuss how language, mindset, daily habits, and smart preparation can give people of all walks of life the ability to overcome performance anxiety and to be resilient in the face of obstacles.
