A talented storyteller with his own unique style, Sam Harvey draws portraits in song with the skill of a veteran, alternating between humour and poetry. He was a finalist at the 2016 Ma première Place des Arts competition, where the jury praised his songwriting talent. Following the success of his first single, “Belle Montréalaise,” which hit the top of the radio charts, in October 2017 he released his debut album, the folk-rock-country-pop–accented Tirer des leçons.
