Together with the Ottawa Citizen, the National Arts Centre will present an open-air concert on Sunday, September 11, 2011 to mark the 10th anniversary of the devastating terrorist attacks on New York, Washington, and the crash of Flight 93 in Pennsylvania. Through the healing power of music this concert will honour every person affected on that terrible day, including all military and civilian personnel who have displayed great courage over the past decade.
The concert will take place on the outdoor terrace of the NAC at 8:46 a.m. to coincide with the time the first plane crashed into New York's World Trade Centre. All are welcome. No tickets are required.
