La fête à carreaux (“the checkered party”) is an opportunity to get together at the NAC. For the pleasure of seeing each other, in a fun and relaxed setting. To welcome spring and the arrival of summer. To celebrate moving back into a beautiful renovated building.

It's also an opportunity to discover an imaginary world that’s been secretly taking shape over the winter, thanks to two artists and about 100 young people ages 8 to 13, as part of our Putting your School to Work program. You’ll have a chance to explore the furthest recesses of the Studio and discover wild and creative installations and projects that reflect the thousand and one ways children imagine the world.
