Nitin Mehra

Nitin Mehra is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute as well as the Algonquin College Culinary programme. In addition to being a sommelier, he oversees both the west end and central Ottawa branches of East India Company Restaurants and as well as their retail sauce program. With twenty years of culinary experience, Nitin brings a wealth of knowledge to recipe development while holding true to time-tested South-Asian family recipes.
