Jeremy Coachman was born and raised in Riviera Beach, Florida and received his preliminary training at the Palm Beach Ballet Center under the direction of Joan Miller for six years. He then spent two years training with Ballet Florida, performing full-length ballets such as The Nutcracker, Copellia, and Cleopatra. He went on to study under the direction of Heather Lescaille and Tina Martin at the Florida Dance Conservatory in 2009. Jeremy graduated from the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in 2011 and, that same year, became a finalist in the YoungArts National Foundation for Advancement of the Arts (NFAA) competition. He attended summer intensives at Alvin Ailey, Joffrey, and Springboard Danse Montreal. Jeremy graduated from The Juilliard School with a BFA in dance and joined Ballets Jazz Montréal in 2015.
