Gunnar Innvær

Gunnar is a musician, composer, DJ, sound technician and sound designer working across the fields of film, dance, radio, theatre, and installation. As a DJ he goes under the name Barabass. Gunnar has collaborated with a number of well known choreographers such as: Marcos Morau, Rui Horta, Ohad Naharin, Sharon Eyal, Hofesch Shecter, Örjan Andersson, and Crystal Pite. Gunnar has worked with Alan Lucien Øyen since 2006 as sound designer on numerous productions both for winter guests and for theatre and opera commissions in both Norway and abroad, among them Thanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Norwegian National Ballet, Det Norske Teatret and The Gothenburg Opera. He is currently also Head of Sound at Carte Blanche.
