A fluently bilingual native of Tracadie-Sheila, Mr. Scichilone was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2004. Since then, he has maintained a general practice with emphasis on litigation. His main areas of interest are employment, administrative and regulatory law as well as commercial litigation. In the course of his practice, Mr. Scichilone has appeared in all levels of Court in New Brunswick. He joined Actus Law Droit in 2011 and became a partner in the firm in 2013.

Mr. Scichilone has presented at continuing legal education sessions hosted by various organizations, such as Lorman Education Services, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Moncton Area Lawyers Association. In 2012, Mr. Scichilone was appointed as a supplementary member with the New Brunswick Securities Commission and sat on the commission’s adjudicative panels hearing proceedings involving alleged violations of New Brunswick securities law. The following year, Mr. Scichilone became a member of the Financial and Consumer Services Tribunal, an independent adjudicative body established pursuant to the New Brunswick Financial and Consumer Services Commission Act.

A dedicated community volunteer, Mr. Scichilone is currently the past chair of the Moncton Boys and Girls Club’s board of directors. He joined the board in 2005 and served in a number of capacities before acting as chair of the board of directors from 2011-2013.

Mr. Scichilone is passionate about fly fishing and classic motorcycles. He loves fishing for Atlantic Salmon on the Miramichi and Restigouche Rivers as well as cruising the province on his vintage motorcycle.

He lives in Moncton with his wife and son.
