Faulty Towers The Dining Experience is a fully immersive, highly improvised and site-specific comedy experience… a pitch perfect tribute to the BBC’s Fawlty Towers. The fun starts as the audience waits to be seated and then hurtles about for two hours. With only one-third of the show scripted, anything can happen, and does, as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve up a three-course meal with a good dollop of mayhem while the audience members play the roles of their restaurant guests. Expect all the best gags and a “rip-roaringly hilarious night out” (This Is London) – just don’t expect herds of wildebeest, and certainly don’t mention the war!
Born in Australia and fêted worldwide, this globetrotting event makes its North American debut, in Ottawa, opening on November 12th at the NAC’s Panorama Room. Capacity is limited to 128 per dinner performance.
