Joel Plaskett is often referred to as a national treasure. He has won a multitude of awards and has eight records to his credit. As a solo artist, Plaskett delivers compelling Pop/Folk music while his Emergency projects are a full-on rock experience. Plaskett’s hectic touring schedule over the past ten years has included stops in Canada, the US, Ireland/UK, Europe, and Australia. Joel rolled out his latest recording “Scrappy Happiness” by recording and releasing a song a week to radio and to the public. In addition to touring and recording, he is currently building his producer’s credits and has recorded with the likes of Sarah Slean, David Myles, and Steve Poltz. Joel owns a studio, Scotland Yard, and an independent record label, New Scotland Records.
