The Latin Sound Machine is an 8 piece band of some of ottawa's and surrounding areas best musicians coming together to bring a tribute to Santana, Gloria Estefan and other great Latin acts. 

Rachelle Behrens, ottawa's own, brings her vocals to LSM. Born to Chilean parents, Rachelle sings in English and Spanish and commits herself to every nuance of the song to deliver a memorable performance.  

Israel Martinez brings the guitar sounds and styles of carlos santana to the Latin Sound Machine. He studied Jazz in the Institute of Fine Arts in México City and Ethno-Musicology at the Independent University of México (UNAM).  With over 15 years of recording, playing and stage experience, including tours in Europe he settled in Ottawa and is a regular in the music festival circuit. 

Nicolas Carey, playing piano has a Bachelor degree in jazz performance from Sherbrooke University (QC) and has since been a freelance musician that has lead him to perform on many international stages.  

Joining these three are the fabulous Jeff Asselin on drums, Dan Joseph on bass, Angel Araos on percussion, Brian Asselin on sax and Ed Lister on trumpet. 

Truly a spectacular musical formation.
