What if you lose your tickets?
If you lose your subscription tickets, simply call the Box Office at (613) 947-7000, ext. 620 to you’re your tickets reissued. Your original tickets will be invalidated and your new tickets will be held for you at the Box Office for pick up. If you realize that you no longer have your ticket only when you arrive for the performance, go directly to the Box Office to have your ticket reissued. In both cases, you will be asked for proof of identity.
Free Ticket Exchange
Change in plans? No problem. As an NAC subscriber, you can exchange your subscription tickets up until the day before the performance that you are unable to attend for any NAC Orchestra, Dance, Theatre or select NAC Presents (Variety Pack) subscription event during the 2013-2014 season*:
IN PERSON: Visit us in person at the NAC Box Office from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 A.M. and 9 P.M. Get thirty minutes free parking in the NAC parking garage when you purchase or exchange tickets. Your parking stub must be validated at the Box Office.
BY MAIL: Write VOID on the tickets you wish to exchange and send them to us along with your contact information (including day/evening phone number), credit card with expiry date, as well as the subscription event for which you would like to exchange and we will take care of it. Your new tickets will either be mailed to you if time permits, or will be held at the Box Office for pick up.
BY E-MAIL: Write VOID on the tickets you wish to exchange and e-mail us a copy to exchanges@nac-cna.ca along with the subscription event and date for which you would like to exchange and your contact information (including day/evening phone number). We will cancel your tickets and contact you to confirm the exchange has been completed. Your new tickets will either be mailed to you if time permits, or be held at the Box Office for pick up.
BY FAX: Write VOID on the tickets you wish to exchange and fax a copy of your tickets to (613) 947-7112, along with a note including your contact information (including day/evening phone number), credit card with expiry, as well as the subscription event and date for which you would like to exchange. We will cancel your tickets and contact you to confirm the exchange has been completed. Your new tickets will either be mailed to you if time permits, or be held at the Box Office for pick up.
* Exchanges are subject to availability and there are no service charges. Tickets must be exchanged for performances in the same season. If the performance for which you exchange your tickets is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, you will receive a credit voucher for the difference.
