Jean-Christophe Meurisse

Company manager Jean-Christophe Meurisse is known for his groundbreaking approach. After an initial career as an actor, during which he worked with such notable directors as Vincent Macaigne and Catherine Marnas, he abandoned acting in favour of a new passion: directing the collective creations of Les Chiens de Navarre. Under his leadership, the company toured to major theatres across France. His creativity extends beyond the theatre stage: in 2012 he directed a medium-length film, Il est des nôtres, and choreographed a dance work, Les danseurs ont apprécié la qualité du parquet.
