Mélanie Dumont

Mélanie Dumont holds a Master’s degree in Theatre from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM), where she has also taught. Her thesis, whose subject was Flemish director Jan Lauwers, earned her the Prix d’excellence de l’École supérieure de théâtre. She has collaborated as a dramaturg on several productions directed by Brigitte Haentjens for Sibyllines, notably Le 20 novembre (Lars Norén) and Woyzeck (Georg Büchner). For the past several years she has also worked as the company’s publications director and interview coordinator.
